This Statement is in favor of social and political activist who are suffering from the UN law full action of government.
The representatives of tehsil pooniyal condemn the proposed land reforms act
A resolution passed by the representatives of Poonyal Customary Council against the unlawful act of Gilgit Baltistan Government. as the lawyers and bar associations of Gilgit Baltistan already rejected the expected bill of Gilgit Baltistan Assembly. Before 1947 the lands of gilgit baltistan divided into sevral small states like poonyaal state , yasin, ishkoman,gupis , gilgit, hunza, shigar, skrduu, runduu, astore, chilas,nagir etc. these states were ruled by Rajas and meers of hunza but they were fallow the british rule of fronteer core Regulations FCR poonyaal state was one of the popular histrical state state like hunza Nagir,and yasin. it is famouse for its agriculture and fruits. Raja poonyaal under the shadow of FCR exercise his state customary laws. as a cositiution of 1935 accepted and notified by the political Agent of British Govt for the agency of Gilgit. the historical documents named as Dastoor e poonyaal 1935.
