The representatives of tehsil pooniyal condemn the proposed land reforms act

 A resolution passed by the representatives of Poonyal Customary Council against the unlawful act of Gilgit Baltistan Government. as the lawyers and bar associations of Gilgit Baltistan already rejected the expected bill of Gilgit Baltistan  Assembly.

Before 1947 the lands of gilgit baltistan divided into sevral small states like poonyaal state , yasin, ishkoman,gupis , gilgit, hunza, shigar, skrduu, runduu, astore, chilas,nagir etc. these states were ruled by Rajas and meers of hunza but they were fallow the british rule of fronteer core Regulations FCR poonyaal state was one of the popular histrical state state like hunza Nagir,and yasin. it is famouse for its agriculture and fruits. Raja poonyaal under the shadow of FCR exercise his state customary laws. as a cositiution of 1935 accepted and notified by the political Agent of British Govt for the agency of Gilgit.  the historical documents named as Dastoor e poonyaal 1935.

   According to the costumes Laws of the poonyaal the residents ofthe home land are the real owners of their village land and natural resources because they were paying taxes and maliyas to britsh government till 1947 and in poonyaal till 1974 . the FCR was functional and the residents poonyaal had been paying taxes to raja poonyaal the purpose of customery laws to protect the people of poonyaal valley by unlawful acts of fedral government of pakistan.
