    Introduction    The image shows an elderly man wearing traditional attire, which appears to be from the Gilgit-Baltistan region. His outfit includes: Woolen coat (chogha)  A thick, fur-lined coat suitable for the cold mountainous climate. Traditional cap (Pakol or Khoi)  A red embroidered cap, commonly worn in the region.                     Handmade accessories – He carries a wooden staff and bags made of natural materials, indicating a nomadic or pastoral lifestyle.  A resolution passed by the representatives of Poonyal Customary Council against the unlawful act of Gilgit Baltistan Government. as the lawyers and bar associations of Gilgit Baltistan already rejected the expected bill of Gilgit Baltistan  Assembly.
