Introduction                  Khunjerab Top is the highest paved international border crossing in the world, located at an altitude of 4,693 meters (15,397 feet) above sea level. It connects  Gilgit-Baltistan with China (Xinjiang region) through the Karakoram Highway.      It serves as the main crossing point between Gilgit Baltistan and China. It is a key route for trade under the  (CPEC). Tourists visit Khunjerab Pass for its breathtaking scenery, snow-covered peaks, and high-altitude adventure. The Khunjerab National Park, home to snow leopards and ibex, is nearby. The pass remains closed from November to April due to heavy snowfall. It is also famous for its sweet and juicy fruits, Grapes, cherry, apple,apricot's,pears, peaches,mulberry, rusberry and all dry fruits like walnuts almond etc there for spring season is ful of blossoms and flowers.  The Phander valley of sub division Gupis,  District Ghizer, Gilgit-Baltistan, the Hindukush highlands famous for its natural water lakes and natural beauty specially in winter and spring seasons. 

a survey conducted by the land and revenue department of Gilgit Baltistan for proposed Lands Reforms Act. The people of Gilgit Baltistan specially the representative of Tehsil Poonyal unanimously rejected this proposal as it violates the local customary laws.     there is a reflection of a questioner survey from proposal for expected Govt order of lands reforms act bill purposed to aquir lands of PKoccupied treatories, Gilgit Baltistan It means the government of pakistan under the adminstration of its power is trying to impose its unconstitutional enhancement but the native permanent residents want to resist against the unlawful act of pakistan Govt because it is also the voilation of international laws .  

 the charter of demands by the business community of Gilgit Baltistand as they are the facilitators  of  the international  trade route but the are suffering from the unfair state policies. It is the famous historical corridor for trade and it is well known by the name of old Silk rote.

 A resolution passed by the representatives of Poonyal Customary Council against the unlawful act of Gilgit Baltistan Government. as the lawyers and bar associations of Gilgit Baltistan already rejected the expected bill of Gilgit Baltistan  Assembly. Before 1947 the lands of gilgit baltistan divided into sevral small states like poonyaal state , yasin, ishkoman,gupis , gilgit, hunza, shigar, skrduu, runduu, astore, chilas,nagir etc. these states were ruled by Rajas and meers of hunza but they were fallow the british rule of fronteer core Regulations FCR poonyaal state was one of the popular histrical state state like hunza Nagir,and yasin. it is famouse for its agriculture and fruits. A resolution passed by the members of High Court Bar Association, Gilgit Baltistan. they expressed as the land reforms act is unlawful and it can violates customary laws of the region.
