people of GB Reaction on land Reforms act Forms.......






a survey conducted by the land and revenue department of Gilgit Baltistan for proposed Lands Reforms Act. The people of Gilgit Baltistan specially the representative of Tehsil Poonyal unanimously rejected this proposal as it violates the local customary laws.
    there is a reflection of a questioner survey from proposal for expected Govt order of lands reforms act bill purposed to aquir lands of PKoccupied treatories,
Gilgit Baltistan It means the government of pakistan under the adminstration of its power is trying to impose its unconstitutional enhancement but the native permanent residents want to resist against the unlawful act of pakistan Govt because it is also the voilation of international laws .

 A resolution passed by the representatives of Poonyal Customary Council against the unlawful act of Gilgit Baltistan Government. as the lawyers and bar associations of Gilgit Baltistan already rejected the expected bill of Gilgit Baltistan  Assembly. Before 1947 the lands of gilgit baltistan divided into sevral small states like poonyaal state , yasin, ishkoman,gupis , gilgit, hunza, shigar, skrduu, runduu, astore, chilas,nagir etc. these states were ruled by Rajas and meers of hunza but they were fallow the british rule of fronteer core Regulations FCR poonyaal state was one of the popular histrical state state like hunza Nagir,and yasin. it is famouse for its agriculture and fruits.
